We will have a couple of apartments available soon at Market Street Apartments
and are currently accepting applications. The first apartment is a 250 square foot studio with a tub shower combo for $450/mo plus $450 deposit, the second is a 550 square foot one bedroom (pictured) with a stand up shower for $600/mo plus $600 deposit. Both apartments include all utilities, air conditioning and access to WiFi. They are both upstairs apartments with secured mailboxes and there is coin laundry available. No pets allowed. Will add pictures when I can get them. If interested please print and fill out an application below. An application can also be picked up at 210 S Market St in the main entrance to the right when you walk in the door. The completed application can be dropped in the white drop box or mailed to the address on the bottom of the application. Pictures are of the one bedroom and laundry area.
